In June 2016 the National Transport University defended bachelor qualification works of students that practice at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine of the project Centers of Excellence for young RESearchers (CERES).

The main objective of the project is the maximal approach of education in higher education institutions to the needs of modern enterprises and improving conditions for young scientists research in the EU, Belarus and Ukraine.

Students successfully coped with their tasks. They showed a high level of knowledge. Use and apply their quality during practice information in their qualifying work.

At the end of defends commission members focused on the useful cooperation of the University with enterprises and highlighted the success of the experiment under the CERES project.

In June 2015, in National Transport University were presented diploma and master works of students that held undergraduate and research practices at industrial enterprises of Ukraine within the framework of CERES project.

As a result of the internship, students NTU received the necessary knowledge of production processes and technologies that have been successfully implemented and used in their research and development.

In summing up the members of the examination commissions picked out the success of the CERES project experiment and emphasized the need for continued cooperation between the university and industrial enterprises for the successful training of young specialists.

The magazine will be published every quarter and report the latest news from the life of the young scientists of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.

At the invitation and with the financial support of the dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics Gdansk University (Gdansk, Poland) ZNTU Prof. Dr. techn. Science S.A. Subbotin 26-29 May 2015 visited the Gdansk University, where he took part in the seminar mentioned faculty. During the seminar prof. S.A. Subbotin delivered a lecture «Methods of computational intelligence problems in technical and biomedical diagnostics», which presented the results of their research and told the seminar participants about educational projects performed in ZNTU the support program «Tempus» European Commission, in particular the project «Centers excellence for young scientists »(CERES).
