23-24 March 2015 at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Minsk, was held the third coordination meeting of the project Centers of Excellence for young RESearches (CERES) support the research work of young scientists.

During the meeting they discussed the results of the tasks of the representatives of the leading universities of Ukraine and Belarus, on the development of CERES-portal and dissemination of information on the project in order to attract the leading manufacturing companies to take part in the functioning of the portal.

The two-day meeting was filled with presentations, active discussion. Problems have been identified for the project partners for the future. And also conducted training courses and management training centers to support young scientists (CERES Managers).

As a result of the event, participants of the meeting it was agreed that the structure will look like the portal, as well as to the development of the project, developed a plan of cooperation between young scientists CERES project through a series of seminars, workshops and special summer school. At the end of the meeting to all participants in a solemn ceremony were awarded certificates of the first level project managers CERES.
